Refund and Returns Policy

– Proof of payment should be provided before a return, refund or exchange.
– No return on goods made with provided measurement. All sales are final. However, Alterations can be done at a fee.
– We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in the original unused condition including original tags.
– All merchandise should be returned within 10 business days after delivery for a different size and style
– Returned items must include tags intact.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be will not be exchanged, and will be sent back. Once your product is retrieved, a thorough inspection will be done and If the quality check is successful, the item will be exchanged. Please Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, the product will be sent back.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.

All Sale items (Black Friday and Clearance items ) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless it was the wrong size or style you receive.

MariamRenner is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are Damaged.
